Coach Martiniello, the Director and founder of Superskills Hockey, LLC, is regarded in the hockey community as a top powerskating/skills instructor and has worked with several NCAA, Division I college players as well as NHL, AHL and ECHL professional players. He is a Master Level Coach with USA Hockey and has been teaching the dynamics of skating and developing hockey players for over fifteen years.
Mario has also coached at the junior level with the Valley Junior Warriors of the EJHL and at the Midget AAA level. Coach Martiniello spent time with the Augusta Lynx of the ECHL. His responsibilities were skill development and scouting AHL and NCAA Division 1 Collegiate games.
Mario began focusing his attention on developing local High School players. In his 12 year long High School coaching career Mario helped many of his players move on to the College level. He began his High School coaching career by helping to lead Salem High School to its only New Hampshire State Division I Championship in 03-04.
As head varsity hockey coach of Andover High School Mario lead Andover to its first ever Division II North State Championship in 06-07. Under the leadership of Coach Martiniello Andover was moved up from Division II to Division I competing against the top teams in the state of MA. Mario most recently was an assistant coach with Austin Prep High School.

Coach Hills for the past two seasons has been an assistant coach with the Acton Boxboro Varsity Hockey Team. He was responsible for all aspects of preparing the team for Games. Specialties included teaching the teams systems, special teams, and running defense. He also was a Volunteer Coach with Manhattanville College out of Purchase, NY. Mainly contributing to recruiting aspect of the team. His focus was recruiting out of the New England area, while attending many EJHL, AJHL, MET, ISL and High School games.
Chris has also coached his daughter's team with the Assabet Valley Girls Program. He is also currently an instructor with Superskills based out of Tewksbury, MA.
Chris's coaching career includes; Connecticut Valley Hockey Club, Teams in the Metro Boston Hockey League, IJHL, Natick HS, Westfield State and Framingham State College. Chris was also an instructor for several years with the Gary Dineen Hockey School, the Hockey Academy, and a Director at Greg Carter European Hockey School.
Chris while not at the hockey rink, is Managing Director of 23 Ventures LLC. A nationwide Commercial Lender/Broker, in North Andover, MA. Chris resides in North Andover, MA with his wife Alyssa and children Ava and Owen.

Coach DeCaprio comes from a very distinguished hockey background. He in entering his 10th season as a coach and served as Assistant Coach of the Boston Bulldogs AJHL team and Head Coach of MET team. Prior to coaching in the AJHL, he served for 3 years as Head Coach of the New England Stars Elite team (IJHL). He also served as an Assistant Coach for 6 seasons for Chelmsford High School's Varsity hockey team, and Head Coach of their JV team.

Rich's playing career was also very successful. He played 4 years of Division 1 College hockey at Niagara University, and in 2000 helped his team reach #6 in the country and the NCAA Championships, making it to the Elite Eight. Prior to his college career, Rich helped his team win the MVC Title and Division 1 State Championship as a player at Chelmsford High School (1995), and was named Boston Globe and Hockey Night in Boston All-Scholastic.
Rich also worked as an instructor for The Hockey Academy.
